08 May Tai Chi for Beginners at 540 Northwood RD WPB Tuesdays and Thursdays
Tai Chi is “Meditation in Motion”. “This centuries-old Chinese mind-body exercise, now gaining popularity in the United States, consists of slow-flowing, choreographed meditative movements with poetic names like “wave hands like clouds,” “dragons stirring up the wind,” and “swallow skimming the pond” that evoke the natural world. It also focuses on basic components of overall fitness: muscle strength, flexibility, and balance.
We have Tai Chi every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 11am and 6:30pm to 7:30pm – only $7/class or $50 unlimited Tai Chi per month!
We welcome all to the class 18+ —and most of our students are over 40 years old
